Kris Matheson
At a young age, I was immersed in the world of construction and entrepreneurship by my parents’ decision to build a custom home. Recognizing the importance of a complementary outdoor space, they had great foresight and arranged for me to work with a landscaping company. This experience not only provided them with cost effective and quality results but also equipped me with invaluable life skills. As I delved into the trade, I quickly grasped the intricacies of project management and leadership, overseeing large scale endeavors and coordinating diverse teams. Simultaneously, I developed a deep-rooted fascination with construction projects and a strong desire to help others transform their dreams into tangible outcomes. Over the years, I’ve nurtured my hands on expertise by actively engaging in various residential construction projects. This practical experience, coupled with my extensive background in financial services, has granted me a comprehensive understanding of both the construction and financial aspects of running a successful business.

Growing up in small town Mississippi, I was raised by parents that were deeply involved in construction. My dad ran his own custom home construction company and my mom ran the financials and books for that business. All my life I have been infatuated with building and designing projects. in 1997 I graduated with a Computer Aided Drafting degree that led me to a large firm where I designed for them for about a year. A nagging desire to fly led me back to school where I would spend three more years learning a new career in the aviation industry. Ultimately, I would stay in the aviation industry where I have been for the last 26 years. However, I have continued to design and build projects on a consistent basis for myself, my friends and family. Constructing projects to the best of my ability and closely paying attention to detail is something that I do not take lightly and in which I take tremendous pride.
